Lived in the same neighborhood. Played basketball on my patio for hours. Frank when not playing did play by play. Played baseball at Vestal park. Attended JrHigh and High School together. Was in his Wedding. Time and Distance separated us but we touched base again in 2022. What a great friend. Mike Tucker
