Freddie Brooks, age 77 years, passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2014 in Fayetteville. He was born November 23, 1936 in Fayetteville to parents Fred Brooks and Bessie (Counts) Brooks.
He is preceded in death by his wife Carole, and a brother, Edward Brooks.
Freddie is survived by two children, daughter Karen Breedlove and husband Alan, of Fayetteville, son Michael Brooks, of Phoenix, Arizona; two grandchildren, Morgan Phipps and husband Michael, of Fayetteville, and Greg Brooks, of Phoenix.
No services are scheduled.
