Freeda Smith Spradling's Obituary
Freeda Smith Spradling, age 87, of Springdale passed away Saturday, February 9, 2019 in Rogers. She was born March 10, 1931 in Kingston, Arkansas the daughter of Jewel O. and Altie Verdie Lane Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, HC Spradling, her brother Cleburne Smith and one great grandchild Lauren Qualls.
She loved painting, quilting, gardening, cooking for her family and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by four daughters Greta Qualls and her husband Richard of Rogers, Arkansas, Karen Gibbons and her husband Kenny of Jenks, Oklahoma, Vickie Judy and her husband Rodney of Lowell, Arkansas and Dena Klenc and her husband John of Rogers, Arkansas; one son Marlin Spradling and his wife Nancy of Gravette, Arkansas; one brother Laverne Smith and his wife Carolyn of Woodland, California; thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 11 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 12 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home with burial to follow at Friendship Cemetery in Springdale.
