Freida A. Michael, 66, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2009 in Fayetteville. She was born January 24, 1942 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The daughter of Frank Scott and Marie A. Jackson, after years of clerical work she retired and devoted her time to being a full time homemaker and a member of the 88 Freewill Baptist – Lone Elm, Rudy, Arkansas. She is survived by two sons; Robert McLain and wife Cleasa of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Jerry Michael and wife Deanna of Rogers, Arkansas, two brothers; Bill Brown of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Benny Brown of California, one sister; Mildred Delk of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, eight grandchildren; Roseanna McLain, Terri Salazar, Gustavo McLain, Ricky McLain, RJ McLain, William McLain, Jacob McLain, Rachel Thomas, Eric Michael and Melina Michael and five great grandchildren; Blaze Turner, Romeo Turner, Gabriella Salazar, Megan Thomas and Gulian Salazar. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 21, 2009, at the Morrison Cemetery in Rudy, Arkansas, with Mr. William “Bill” Bush officiating. Pallbearers will be Robert McLain, Jerry Michael, R.J. McLain, William McLain, Jacob McLain and Eric Michael. Honorary Pallbearers will be; Gustavo Salazar and Randy Kuykendall.
