Gary Lee Eldredge's Obituary
Gary Lee Eldredge, 73, of Springdale, Arkansas passed away surrounded by his family who loved him very much on March 4, 2025, after a long fight with cancer.
Gary was born on June 21st, 1951, in Fayetteville, AR to Jewell and Travis Eldredge. He was always a hard-working passionate man and spent 6 years of his life serving in the United States Army after which he worked as a driver at Tyson for 35 years.
Gary put his all into everything he did and even when he was feeling When he wasn’t working, he was out tending to his farm or riding his motorcycle. He loved to travel, and it was very difficult to keep Gary still for too long. His passion, devotion and immense love were known by all around him. After marrying his loving and supportive wife, Connie Eldredge, in 1983, he devoted his life to his family with her. He was an incredible example of a father to his children, Samantha, Jessica, John and Malee.
Gary was predeceased by his parents Jewell and Travis Eldredge and is survived by his wife of 42 years Connie Ivy Eldredge, his 6 children Kimberly, Rebecca, Samantha, Jessica, John and Malee, his 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
His family would like to invite anyone touched by Gary’s life to join us as we celebrate his life and love. There will be a visitation at Nelson Berna Funeral Home Fayetteville on Monday March 10 from 4-6pm and a funeral service on March 11 at 10am also at Nelson Berna.
In lieu of flowers, Gary’s family would ask that donations be made to The Wounded Warrior Project or to Sonora Baptist Church on his behalf.
