Gayle Marie Carver's Obituary
Gayle Marie Carver, age 78, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014 in Fayetteville. She was born September 22, 1935, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to parents Carl Ward Corley and Hazel Ruth (Nicholson) Corley.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, Carl R. Skinner, (father of Michael Skinner), and Cullman D. “Jack” Carver, and step-son, Jim Carver.
She is survived by a son, Michael Skinner, of Bella Vista, Arkansas; step-daughter, Cullene Clayton and husband Jim, of Bella Vista, Arkansas; brother Jerry Corley and wife Doranna, of Grand Prairie, Texas; brother Larry Nicholson, of Bethany, Oklahoma; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are 11:30 a.m., Friday, March 28, 2014, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Gary Williams will officiate. Burial will follow in Fayetteville National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Visitation for Gayle will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 27, 2014 at the funeral home.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
