George Spencer Rogers' Obituary
George Rogers, age 66, of Witter, Arkansas, died Tuesday, October 22, 2013 in Springdale. He was born September 11, 1947 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the son of George Spencer Rogers, Jr. and Louise Kimball Rogers. He was preceded in death by a son, Chris Rogers; a grandson, Josh Rogers and a sister, Joyce Rogers.
He was a retired physical therapy assistant at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Fayetteville. He served in the United States Navy.
He is survived by a daughter, Angie Hobbs and her husband Bryan of Bryant, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Autumn Glenn of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Grant Glenn of Huntsville, Arkansas and Ashley Glenn Smith of Ozark, Arkansas; one great-grandson, Arlin Smith; an aunt and uncle, Sally and Jerry Delozier and friend Donnie Holland.
No services are scheduled; cremation arrangements were by Moore’s Chapel.
