Trey was a great friend. I spent 9 years in Arkansas and like the Razorbacks or Bentonville Square, it is hard for me to imagine the place without these landmarks, and Trey was one of the state landmarks. From the moment I met him, he made sure I learnt about all the wonderful things his home had to offer. Trey was Arkansas’ greatest fan and biggest ambassador.
I spent countless times with Trey, he welcomed me in his home and he made me feel that I belonged there even though I was born 7000 miles away. I feel a great void with his passing, and I am sure all the people that knew him feel the same way.
To his parents and Kim and the rest of family and friends,I have no wise words that can help you get you through this. Nothing I can say can alleviate the pain we all feel. But at least we can all be proud of the son that you raised, the husband and and father he became and the wonderful friend and human being he was.
