Gertraud Ursula Scholz Hanna's Obituary
Gertraud Ursula Scholz Hanna, age 87, of Fayetteville, AR, departed from this life Sunday, January 17, 2021. She was born May 8, 1933, in Berlin, Germany, a daughter of the late Alfred Scholz and Frieda Clauss Scholz. Also preceding her in death was her husband Richard E. Hanna, and a daughter Linda Woodward.
Survivors are a daughter, Christel Mitzel (Marvin) of Fayetteville, AR; five grandchildren, Justin Woodward of Casper, Wy, Michael Woodward of Fort Collins, CO, Andrew Mitzel of Fayetteville, AR, Elizabeth Mitzel of Alexandria, VA, and Phillip Mitzel of Springdale, AR, and three great-grandchildren.
A private family service will be held later in the spring. Memorials are preferred to the Springdale Animal Shelter, 1549 East Don Tyson Parkway, Springdale, AR, 72764. Cremation arrangements are by Nelson Berna Funeral Home of Fayetteville.
