He is survived by his mother; Audrey Gill Bernath of Fayetteville, one son; Dylan Clyde Bernath of Springdale, AR, two daughters; Lyli Marie Bernath and Hattie Christina Bernath both of Springdale, AR, and one sister; Andrea Branch of Fayetteville and one niece; Alyson Van Poucke of Fayetteville, AR and one nephew; Austin Van Poucke of Fayetteville, AR.
