Glenda was my mother-in-law for 20 years. She and Herschal were married the year before Scott and I. She was fiery and fierce while having a love for family that was unmatched. I will always be grateful for her honesty and love. She was an amazing GiGi (Granny Glenda) to our son, Asher. We loved her deeply and we will miss her for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Glenda. Where do I start with this sweet and often hilarious lil lady!! She has been a mentor and a mother to me since I lost mine years ago. She never judged me. She loved me for me. I basically grew up at her house , and I’ve had some very funny times we’ve always loved flowers and gardens. We loved LOVE she and I had many private conversations, and I will cherish those! What a beautiful soul!! You will be missed!!!
I would like to wish my sincere condolences to all of Glenda's family at this very difficult time. My name is Gary Watts and I am a distant cousin of Glenda. Glenda's mother, Veta Webber and my mother, Ethel Hudson were first cousins many years ago in West Fork. My sister Vicki, was a very good friend of Glenda's many years ago as well. Glenda reached out to me about 6 1/2 years ago when Vicki passed away. The last time I saw Glenda was way back in the 1960's when I was probably about 10 years old. I was glad to talk to her when I did. My prayers are with all of you and want to say God Bless all of you during this difficult time.
