Gloria Ann Taylor's Obituary
Gloria Ann Taylor, a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away Sunday February 2, 2025. If “Gloria” was an abbreviation of “Glorious” it was an appropriate name given to her for all of her beauty, her accomplishments and her generous contributions to others.
Gloria was the first of two children. She was born September 29, 1936 in Port Neches, Texas to Dayton and Edna Heard. While she was born in Texas, she became an Arkie by choice more than a half century ago. Gloria is survived by her husband of 68 years, Phillip Taylor; daughter, Pamela Sampognaro; two grandchildren Michael John Sampognaro Jr. (Julie) and Mary Margaret Sampognaro (Matthew Hayden); four great grandchildren, Medile Sampognaro, Louise Sampognaro, Michael John Sampognaro III and Camilla Hayden.
At the request of Gloria, her wishes are for cremation with no service.

If you wish to contribute in her honor, memorial contributions may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72762 or your favorite charity.
