Amy and I have been frequently prompted to pray for you and your family the past few weeks. While we are saddened at the loss of Gordon, we celebrate with you the godly life he led and the joy he had and continues to have in Christ.
We pray that God will continue to pour out his comfort and rest to you in the coming days and weeks.

Crystal and family: Our deepest sympathy and prayers for you at this time of great loss and grief. Quiet waters run deep and so was Gordon life message.
I first met Gordon when we were city letter carriers in Clovis, and that was in 1978. We then both moved on to other positions in the Postal Service. Gordon was a kind, decent person and I have many memories of him. My sympathy to all of his family and friends. God Bless.

Please know that I am thinking of you and sharing in your sorrow over Gordon's passing. I feel priviledge, honored, and very blessed to have known Gordon. I will always remember and be grateful for his lovely spirit of giving to others, encouraging others, and most of all being an example of what it means to be a godly husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. It was clear that you, Crystal, were the light and love of his life. It was a wonderful thing to see, admire, and aspire to. I am so sorry that I won't be able to attend the service on Saturday to participate in the music that Gordon so loved and held dear. Circumstances demand that I be out of town, but just know that my thoughts and prayers will be there right with you. Love to all. Rita and Family.
Gordon was someone I admired and respected. He was one of the hardest working people I know and he will be greatly missed. I always enjoyed sitting in his Sunday school class and learning from him. I really appreciated how hard he worked to prepare each lesson so that it could be clearly understood. I imagine he is sitting at the feet of Jesus and getting answers to all the difficult questions we used to throw at him, like explaining the Trinity. I will keep you all in my prayers.
