Grace was a wonderful Christian lady. She was an inspiration to me as she seem to suffer in pain & have trouble breathing. She told me many times that she worried about her family & their struggles & hardships they were going through. She never wanted to be a burden & she was always ready to go on to Heaven. She would tell me she wanted God to go ahead & take her now, but I told her He was not ready for her yet. She still had a purpose on this Earth to fulfill before she could go on. She knew she was going to Heaven! There was no doubt in her mind. She would tell me that Heaven would be such a wonderful place. She was excited to be able to see her husband, her daughter & her baby son! Those of us would were able to care for her will be eternally blessed to have known her! Your family is in my prayers!

I remember Grace as a small child growing up in the Northside Assembly of God Church where my grandparents pastored. I loved her smile and kindness. She was a beautiful lady both inside and out. She loved the Lord with all of her heart. She will be greatly missed.

My sister Loretta and I had the opportunity to drive by Albert and Grace's house and up through the area that Edna and Earl lived a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately it was late in the night and so we couldn't stop by Grace's.

The trip brought back so many warm memories of the entire family.

I have many childhood memories of Grace. Kool-aid served to us on the carport by Grace, the gate that kept messy children from her living room full of antiques, her deep laugh, her admonitions to follow in the way of the lord.

I know she will be happy to see Edna and Albert as well as her baby Robert.

Sharon and Larry, I am so sorry for your loss.
