I had Dr. Roberts as a Professor. To this day, I still put "Ding ding ding" in my notes. While I only knew him for a semester he had an impact on my life, and know he must have changed the life of thousands of students like myself. I'll never forget his guitar playing in class. He will be missed.
Greig - A man who has truly touched hundreds of thousands of people and I am so blessed to have been one of them. Your time was short, but wow, what a Ride you have had! From the moment I met you as 'Mo' In Arkansas at a Parrothead event my brother was putting on to the times in New Orleans I knew you were a once in a lifetime individual. All the times you mentored me and helped guide me down the path of what to do with my life after dental school did not happen for me, I am forever grateful. The unique individual you are will shine on for eternity. I am so glad we met so many years ago, I hate to have to say goodbye - so for now, it is just see you later my dear friend! I will see you again someday with that Big smile on your face playing your guitar, surrounded by friends. Sail on Mo Brothers, Sail on!
Dr Roberts will be missed by many students that loved him. He made the monotony of Dental Hygiene fun and exciting. May God bless you and give you peace.
Grieg Roberts was remarkably engaging. I met him when he came to talk with the parents of the toddlers I was teaching at The Infant Development Centermany years ago. He sold me on his plan, with his warm personality. I always looked forward to my visits with him and he did some excellent work on my teeth! Kept me smilingthen and now! I was sad when he left dentistry, but loved following the music! He will be missed but never more than a thought away! Treasure your memories as you celebrate his life!
These Parrotheads will miss you. John and Anneta Bryant
Dr. Roberts was a ray of sunshine. His laughter and smile was infectious. He was my cheerleader even when I didn't believe in myself. Thanks for inspiring me to be a great dentist and a good person, Dr. R. I know you're playing with your fellow "Parrotheads" in heaven.
My heart aches for your loss. Know that our prayers are with you and all the family. May our Lord continue to give you peace and bless you in this difficult time.
I am so sorry for the loss of Greig. Although I did not know him well, my son, Mark, loves all of you very much and I am sharing his pain and loss. My deepest sympathy to Vivian and Oakleigh at this time. May God hold you in His arms and give you peace.Barbara Zoeller
I first met Greig in dental school. Already a great musician, he started a dental student band. After he came to Fayetteville, we started DECOY. I was the keyboardist. Also a great promoter, he soon had us playing weekends in George's garden. We enjoyed 6 yrs of fun and music. Our paths crossed over the years as we played in other groups. His mentorship prepared me for a long run with other area bands. I'll be eternally grateful for his friendship.
