Hank Clayton Thomas' Obituary
Henry “Hank” Clayton Thomas, of Fayetteville, passed away on Monday, February 24th, 2025, at 80 years old. He was born New Years Day, January 1, 1945, in the Health Community in Madison County to William Lester and Martha Elva (Taylor) Thomas. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Joyce Thomas, infant daughter Pamela Thomas, brothers Larry Thomas and Donald Thomas, and a baby sister Marlene Thomas.
Hank was a great dad, a hard worker, and a stand-up man. He was a prankster the self-proclaimed inventor of the corny dad jokes, and told them better than anyone else. He was also one of the biggest Razorback fans and member of Razorback Nation. Rain or shine, you would find him supporting the Hogs. He will be missed by all who knew him and loved him.
Hank leaves behind his 3 children, Lisa Thomas-Roth (Randy), Duane Thomas (Debbie), and David Thomas (Christy); grandchildren Tyler, Anthony, Andrea, Derik, Joshua, Justin, and Anna; 12 great grandchildren; brother Jerry Thomas (anna); and step-children Cindi Capwell, Debi Workman, and Jimmy Thomas; many step grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
Visitation will be Friday, February 28th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Moore’s Chapel in Fayetteville. Funeral will be Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Moore’s Chapel, with burial to follow at Brannon Mountain Cemetery.
