Harold P. Scott's Obituary
Harold Parish Scott, age 94, of Fayetteville, died Saturday May 4, 2013 in Fayetteville. He was born November 24, 1918 in Sugar Grove, Arkansas to John Wesley and Inez Scott.
He was a member of First Christian Church in Fayetteville. He served in the United States Navy during World War II and retired from Northwest Arkansas Gas Company. He is preceded in death by his wife Nell Scott.
He is survived by two daughters, Janice Williams and her husband Ron of Hot Springs, Arkansas; Jane Nichols and her husband Don of Jackson, Mississippi; seven grandchildren, Chris Case and Brad Case both of Hot Springs, Arkansas; Ben Nichols of Japan, Jeff Nichols and his wife Caitlin of British Virgin Islands, Will Nichols of Jackson, Mississippi, Randy Williams of Hot Springs, Arkansas; Rick Williams of Cabot, Arkansas and his sister Doris Horne of Fayetteville.
Memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 10, at Butterfield Trail Village, 1923 East Joyce Blvd., Fayetteville, Arkansas. Burial of ashes will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
