Hazel Irine Smith's Obituary
Hazel Irine Smith, age 87, of Fayetteville passed away Saturday July 15, 2017 in Fayetteville. She was born August 18, 1929 in Patrick, Arkansas the daughter of Granvil and Maggie Gardner Baker. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her two sons Lyman Smith and his wife Tammy of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Lavon Smith and his wife Katie of Corona, California; three grandchildren Travis Smith and his wife Anita of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, Apryl Russell and her husband Carl of Clarksville, Arkansas and Melody Taylor and her husband Josh of Corona, California; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held 10:00 am, Friday July 21, 2017 at Fairview Memorial Gardens.
