Hazel Louise Campbell's Obituary
Mrs. Hazel Louise Campbell, 62 of Kentland, IN passed away Thursday, April 15, 2004 in Watseka, IL. She was born February 10, 1942 in Deason, MS to Coleman & Mary (Coleman) Thompson.
She is survived by her former husband and father of her five children, Donley E. Campbell, children, Victoria, Deborah, Leigh, Paula, and Theresa, two brothers David, and Jerry, four sisters, Pearly-May, Pauline, Anna Clay, and Molly, fifteen grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville, AR with Pastor C.H. Doss officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville.
