Herman “Mule” B. Shirley, Jr., December 26, 1928-January 30, 2026. Survived by wife, Susan; daughters, Lynn Richards and Dinah Yates; daughter-in-law, Dana Keller; grandchildren, Clay Keller, Caroline Branscum, Ashton Woodward, and Garrett Yates; and 4 great-grandchildren. He was a lifetime resident of North Little Rock, moving recently to Rogers. Services to be at a later date.
