Hye Chung 'Ko' Wilson's Obituary
Mrs. Hye Chung “Ko” Wilson, 75 of Springdale, AR passed away Monday, January 19, 2009 in Fayetteville, AR. She was born December 21, 1933 in South Korea to Il Whan Ko and Dae Bok Park.
She was a former cook for the U.S. Army, a baker for Washington Regional Medical Center, hostess for the Fayetteville – Springdale Elk’s Lodge.
She is survived by her husband, Hugh Wilson, and one brother; Chung Shin Ko of Seoul, South Korea. Three step children; Terrie Marshall and husband Terry of Springdale, AR, Steve Wilson and wife Lynn of Oklahoma City, OK, Scott Wilson and wife Brenda of Yuma, AZ, and four nephews; Eun Seok Ko, Kyu Seok Ko, Kwan Seok Ko, and Yeon Woo Ko.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2009 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00 AM on Friday, January 23, 2009 at Fayetteville National Cemetery with Reverend Don George officiating.
