I. Dell Collins/Scarbrough, 78, of Elkins, passed away on August 16, 2022. She was born on March 13, 1944, in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Foy and Iris Pruit.
Dell loved to sing and dance and was a frequent visitor to the Fayetteville Senior Activities Center.
She is preceded in death by her parents; spouse, Bill Collins; and son, Lawrence Leroy Scott.
Dell is survived by one daughter, Djuana Winfield (Karen Fischer); one son, Mark Lenn (Alicia); three grandchildren, David Anderson, Carl Anthony Anderson, and Autumn Lenn; two great grandsons and two great granddaughters.
Cremation arrangements are by Moore’s Chapel of Fayetteville.
