Infant Jason Dean Bubniak, four month old son of Roger and Tammy (Easley) Bubniak of Fayetteville, AR, was born on August 8, 2003 in Johnson, AR and passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2003 in Fayetteville.
He is survived by his parents of Fayetteville, one sister; Sarah Bubniak of the home, maternal grandparents; John and Carol Easley of Hiwasse, AR, paternal grandparents; Albert and Ila Bubniak of Burlington, Iowa, three uncles; Dennis Bubniak of Harrison, AR, Chris Bubniak of Springdale, AR, Tim Bubniak of Chatham, IL, and one aunt; Kelli Parum of Hiwasse, AR.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12, 2003 from 9:00 AM until 9:45 AM in the Sanctuary Annex of the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Fayetteville. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 AM in the sanctuary of the church with Dr. James D. Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville, AR.
