I had the blessings of being Elaine's companion and caregiver for 5 years at Butterfield Trails. We would enjoy lunch together, a trip out to shop and many laughs when we were watching movies or I would show her places she talked about on the internet. I always looked forward to being with her and listening to her stories. Our hearts were very similar.
Such a lovely lady. I will remember her how she looked when something tickled her funny bone. That is how I think of her, a sparkle in her eyes. I know she is very happy now.
