Jacklyn Sue Sparkman's Obituary
Jacklyn “Sue” Sparkman (Whitson), age 50, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018. She was born on June 27, 1967, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Jack and Patricia June White Whitson. She is preceded in death by her parents. Sue was a native of Fort Smith. She graduated from Southside High School and lived in Central City. She was the co-founder and volunteer for River Valley Amputee Support Group. She will be forever remembered by her precious daughter, Reshia Sparkman; son, Brett Sparkman and wife Allie of Springdale; sister, Kelly Burns and partner Shannon of Athens, Georgia; aunt, Teresa Brunk of Fort Smith; spouse, Gene Sparkman; mother and father in law, Jane and Elliot Sparkman; and numerous cousins, extended family, and dear friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, January 19, 2018, at Harvest Time Tabernacle at 3100 Briarcliff Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72908. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Limbs for Life at http://limbsforlife.org.
