reading all of the other tributes, being at his funeral, even visiting his dad and jake not being there, still doesnt make this feel real... i keep begging myself to just wake up, even though in the back of my mind i know i wont. this is one of the worst things i could have ever imagined happening, and i still dont know why it had to happen? only the good die young. i love him so much still. he (and it really goes without saying-but Charlie as well) will always be 'in my head, in my heart, in my soul'... jake had an amazingly pure soul. he touched everyone he ever met... i think his life goal was just to make other people laugh and be happy... i know people who only met him once, and they still miss him. he was a happy kid. i will always love him and keep him and his family close to my heart. every step of the way, i will be there. bruce- i love you too... dont forget me and tweak, and everyone will always be there for all of you. I thank both of you for Jacob. For the past 6 years Jacob was more than just a boyfriend but my best friend. Little things that he would say to me touched my heart in many ways. I just think back to all the wonderful times we had together and it helps me to get through all of this. My life will seem so empty without him here.
