Jaime Antonio Selvera's Obituary
On Tuesday, August 7, 2018, a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend, Jaime Antonio Selvera, Jr., 19, of Rogers, AR passed away at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, surrounded by his loving family. Jaime, called JJ, entered this world on March 13, 1999 in Corpus Christi, TX to Jaime Antonio, Sr. and Colleen Monique Garza Selvera.
JJ is a 2018 graduate of Rogers High School and was employed with Walmart. JJ had a deep love for his family who he would always support and protect. He loved drawing, animation, and creating unique characters. He was the counselor/supporter of his friends, sharing his message of hope.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Norma Ann Selvera.
JJ is survived by his parents, Jaime and Colleen Selvera; one sister, Alexia Nicole (Lexi); maternal grandmother, Ruth Stevens of Rogers, AR; great aunt, Jeannette Bennett and husband, Eugene of Russellville, AR; three uncles, Nick Garza and wife, Rachel of Garland, TX, Jesse Selvera of Corpus Christi, TX, Joe Selvera of Corpus Christi, TX; and aunt, Lupita Linscomb of Houston, TX.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00pm, Monday, August 13, 2018 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held at 3:00pm until service time.
