James Darrel Tisdale, age 92, of Goshen, died Monday, August 13, 2018. He was born March 25, l926 in Goshen, Arkansas, the son of Andrew Virgil and Alta Agnes Villyar Tisdale. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vernice Tisdal Read Obituary

It's hard to think of all of you gone but you've been ready for so long now. It warms my heart to think of you reunited with your beloved Vernice and your precious sons. I'm glad your family's nearly three decade long nightmare is over and you all are rejoicing with Jesus Christ in Paradise. God willing, I will see you all again one day.
Darrell was a great person and a friend to everyone. I have many fond memories growing up in Goshen and some of those memories were the post office and store operated by Darrell, and in earlier years his father. Darrell was a landmark in Goshen and his life had an impact on many. Sympathy to all the family from our family.
Rick and Brynda had the honor of meeting you through your granddaughter Amanda. You had a great sense of humor and were loved by your family. They have great memories and stories to tell their children. You talked of your wife and sons and my prayer is you all have reunited and are celebrating in some way.
When you died I cried, then realized how happy you are to be reunited with Vernice, Bobby and Brent. That made me smile!!! I will miss you so much. I love you Papaw!!!!
