JAMES E. JAMERSON
James E. Jamerson, 88, of Farmington, died Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at his home.
He was born December 16, 1922 at Mt. Vernon, Illinois the son of Paul Milton and Delia Alice Lisenby Jamerson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Jamerson, a granddaughter and two brothers.
He was the retired owner of Jamerson Plumbing and a member of White Rock Light of Faith Church. He served in the United States Navy.
He is survived by a daughter, Sharon Robinson and her husband David of Farmington, two sons, Paul Jamerson and his wife Debbie of Jacksonville, AR and Bobby Jamerson and his wife Anita of Farmington; a sister, Pauline Carlton of Mt. Vernon, IL; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 pm Friday, October 21 at Moore’s Chapel.
Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 22 at Farmington Cemetery, under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
