Jane Reynolds' Obituary
Jane Marie Reynolds, age 74, of Fayetteville, died Thursday, April 29, 2021 in Fayetteville. She was born December 14, 1946 in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Robert and Emily Wendell Martz.
She was a Registered Nurse and worked for the Washington County Health Department for 43 years and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church for over 40 years. Jane was everybody’s favorite person; as a nurse, mother, wife or friend. As a registered nurse, she once assisted a woman who gave birth to seven babies all at once. She worked for the Washington County Health Department for 30 years in the maternity section, assisting mothers and their children. As a mother and grandmother, she had no equal. She loved them with all her heart and was the happiest when she was with them. As my wife she was loving, kind, understanding and always had my wellbeing in her heart. I could always turn to her and she would be there for me right down the line. She was my best friend and was the best friend any person could have. She was the strongest person I have ever known, both physically and spiritually. She had strong faith in God and I pray that He grants her everlasting peace, happiness and comfort. Nobody ever deserved it more than Jane does. I loved you then, I love you still; I always have, I always will. Ray
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Ray Reynolds; three sons, Christopher Reynolds and his wife Norma of Farmington, Kyle Reynolds and his wife Heather of Lowell, Kevin Reynolds and his wife Christine of Seattle, Washington and six grandchildren, Emily Reynolds, Grayson Reynolds, Griffyn Reynolds, Raney Cooper, Logan Reynolds and Luke Reynolds.
