Dear Glenda, Shelby, Melton, Marcia, Barbara, and family,
Words could never describe how much I loved your 'Nanny'. All of you have been like family to me over these last few months. I always felt 'at home' when I visited. No matter how bad Janie felt, she always went out of her way to to treat others with love and kindness. She made such an imprint on my life and my heart, and I will never forget her. She was a gift to all who knew her, and I will miss her so very much. I know the days and weeks ahead will be difficult for all of you -- please know you can call me for anything, OK? I will be in touch, and I hope you know how much I love you all. God Bless Always, Melanie
To the Janie McClure family,
I loved and enjoyed your mother dearly, she always thought of me and my daughter when she couldn't hardly take care of herself. Two years in a row she rembered us at Christmas time, by a beautiful card telling me what a good friend I was to her. Then even last year she went out of her way and had her grand daughter go pick out my dtr. and I Christmas presents. She was a good friend and called me at home some just to see how I was doing....I use to visit her when she'd be in the hospital and she always still could make me laugh..I'm sorry about your loss, God has a precious gift with him now..
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
