Jason Ray Pelfrey, age 45, of Westville, OK, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020, at his home. He was born September 22, 1974, in Fayetteville, AR. Jason was a Protestant and former forklift operator.
Survivors are his loving wife Yvonne Pelfrey; his father Jimmy Pelfrey of St. Paul, AR; his mother and step father Patsy Woodward (Paul) of Westville, OK; daughters Mahala Annesley of Fayetteville, AR, Kayla Rae Drummond of Elkins, AR; a brother Michael Pelfrey of Hot Springs, AR; grandchild Beo Smiley, Koston Seay, Kaiser Seay all of Fayetteville, AR.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 7, at Moore’s Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville, AR, with Bro. Bucky Sitsler officiating. Burial is in Crosses Creek Cemetery near Elkins, AR, by Moore’s Funeral Home. Visitation is from 1:00 p.m. until service time Tuesday, January 7, at Moore’s.
