Jennie Mae Harrison's Obituary
Jennie Mae Harrison, age 91, of Bella Vista passed away Friday September 8, 2023, in Bella Vista. She was born August 17, 1932, in Las Cruces, New Mexico, the daughter of Charles and Viola Dearman Maple. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Billy Ray Harrison and son-in-law Dale Bequette
She was a homemaker who was also an Army wife who was devoted to her husband and was by his side for 57 years and travelled throughout the United States and overseas. She dedicated her heart to the lord and was a very devout Christian and church member for many years. She was a loving wife mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother and enjoyed loving all five generations of her family.
She is survived by her three children son Steve Harrison and his wife Kathy of Salinas, California, daughter Susan Bequette of Gravette, Arkansas, and son Mike Harrison and his wife Christy of St. Joe, Missouri; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Monday September 11, 2023, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home Fayetteville. Graveside Service will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Fayetteville National Cemetery under the direction of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home.
