Jennifer Annell Poynter Hadley's Obituary
Jennifer Annell Poynter Hadley, age 70, of Johnson, Arkansas, died on April 1, 2022, at her home. She was born on March 22, 1952, in San Antonio, Texas, to Ray Earl Poynter and Wanda Jean (Hendrix) Poynter. Jennifer graduated from O. Perry Walker High School in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1971. She worked for Home Depot for over 22 years as a bookkeeper. Jennifer also was a photographer for Kinder Photo and worked as a waitress for Golden Corral.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Wanda Poynter.
She is survived by two sons, Matthew Hadley and wife Kathie of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, and Joshua Hadley and wife Courtney of Ennis, Texas; grandchildren: Preston Andrew Hadley, Patrick Ryan Hadley, Gracie Hadley, Jessup Hadley, Macie Fischer, Marcus Fischer, and Addison Baker; siblings: David Poynter, Steve Poynter, Paul Poynter, Cynthia Issacks, and Tim Poynter; best friend, Roseanne Honea; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life for Jennifer Annell Poynter Hadley, 6:00 p.m., Friday, June 10, 2022, at J Bar C Cowboy Church, 230 E FM 813 in Palmer, Texas. It is open to ALL who knew and loved Mom! A light dinner will be served! In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Cancer Society.
