Jimmy Don Lewis' Obituary
Jimmy Don Lewis, age 48, of Watts, Oklahoma passed away Friday July 10, 2026, with his son Brayden Ty Lewis. He was born September 18, 1977, in Fayetteville, Arkansas the son of Jimmy “Porky” David and Tracy Dillard. He was preceded in death by his sister India Lewis.
Jimmy was the definition of a self-made man. Starting from humble beginnings and very little, he built a remarkable life through vision, determination, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Everything he created was built with one purpose in mind—to leave something meaningful for his children and to give them opportunities he never had.
Jimmy believed in working smarter, not harder. He had an incredible ability to see solutions where others saw obstacles, always finding a better, more efficient way to get the job done. He wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty when necessary, but his greatest gift was using his mind to create opportunities, solve problems, and build successful businesses. His drive, creativity, and determination inspired everyone around him.
Beyond his success, Jimmy was known for his generosity. He was always willing to help someone in need, offer advice, or open a door for others. Above all else, he was a devoted father whose greatest accomplishment wasn’t the businesses he built—it was the family he loved. Becoming a grandfather brought him a new kind of joy, and his first granddaughter, Winsley, held a very special place in his heart. He treasured every moment he had with her and loved watching her grow.
Jimmy’s legacy is one of perseverance, generosity, innovation, and love. It will live on through his daughter, his beloved granddaughter, his family, and the countless lives he touched.
He is survived by his wife Jill Lewis; his daughter Kelsey and her husband Chance and their daughter Winsley; his mother Tracy Dillard; his father Jimmy “Porky” David Lewis and his wife Carmen
A Joint Celebration of Life for Jimmy and Ty will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday July 18, 2026, at the Kansas High School Gym 700 North Woods Ave. Kansas, Oklahoma 74347.
