Jimmy Ray Updegraff, 71, of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2014, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Jim was born April 15, 1942, in Los Angeles, California to Raymond and Charlene Updegraff.
Jim is survived by his companion, Alice Daub, his three children, Deena Updegraff, Tami Price and Brent Updegraff, his seven grandchildren, Jennifer Arnold, Christy Brown, Jonathan Patterson, Katie Patterson, Ashley Updegraff, Paige Updegraff and Tristan Updegraff, and his four great grandchildren, Ben Arnold, Jack Arnold, Brooks Brown and Kali Patterson. Jim's family will gather to scatter his ashes and celebrate his memory on the hill at his old farm in Berryville, Arkansas, as soon as the weather permits. Family members will be notified directly with the date and time of the gathering.
