JoAnn Durbin's Obituary
JoAnn Durbin passed away on January 8, 2026. She was born on July 26, 1929, in Yellville, Arkansas to Floyd and Merle Thompson Firestone.
She graduated from Bentonville High School in 1947 and was a member of Bentonville Church of Christ. JoAnn retired from Fansteel, Inc. in Southern California after thirty years as an assistant controller.
JoAnn is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank Durbin; son, Clark Durbin; and daughter Carol Durbin.
She is survived by her grandson, Jeffrey Payne; great-grandchildren, Ian and Christen Payne, and her niece, Patricia Harris.
There will be a private graveside service, date to be determined.
Memorials, in lieu of flowers, should go to Shriners Hospital and Circle of Life Hospice.
