John Bascom Keener's Obituary
Mr. John Bascom Keener, 96 of Lodi, CA passed away Friday, October 8, 2004 in Lodi, CA. He was a retired machinist and he served in the U.S. Army as a Sargeant in the Engineers during World War II. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post #1968, past member of the Machinists Union, and the Lodi Gem and Mineral Society. He enjoyed lapidary, gardening, fishing, and camping.
He is survived by one daughter, Jane Torlucci of Concord, CA, two grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Graveside funeral services will de held 2:00 PM Friday, October 15, 2004 at Fayetteville National Cemetery.
Memorial may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 2277 Watt Ave., Ste 300 Sacramento, CA 95825.
