John David Johnson, 51 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Monday, February 28, 2011 in Fayetteville. He was born September 7, 1959 in Little Rock, AR to Jim and Virginia Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and son Patrick Johnson.
He is survived by a daughter; Shelby Johnson of Fayetteville, AR, son Adam Johnson of Greenwood, AR, his twin brother Joseph Daniel Johnson of Conway and his brother Mark Johnson of Little Rock, AR.
A gathering of friends will be held Saturday, March 5, 2011 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Conway Country Club.
