I have to add to Mia's tribute. I'm crying now, not for Dave, but for all of his friends and family that will have to get through without him. His energy and humor will be so missed! Dave and Danny came to our house and filled it with fun and laughter. My fondest memory is triple dating at the Sadie Hawkins Dance with Sue Ellen, Tony Ward, Melanie, and Danny. The twins were notable for their cross-move on the rings-loved watching you both!Danny ended up being Mara's roommate at college for while I was off to New York. My heart goes out to all of the Johnson Family! You never forget honorable people in your life and the twins will always be held in the highest regard! My love and prayers are with you Danny! Dear Danny, Shelby, Adam and entire Johnson family,
I have such fond memories of the wonderful person David was. Smart,funny and a sincere and caring person. Everyone loved him!I remember writing an article on the twins for the high school paper and remember great times hanging out @ Conway Nautilus Center. I am sending a message of heartfelt sympathy to Dave's family. We did not keep in touch after high school, but I was fortunate enough to call Dave my friend for a brief period during high school. He was a bright light to all who knew him and I have often thought about what fun Davy, Chris Throneberry, and I had together during that time.

My deepest condolences on this tragic loss. Dave will always be missed by the many who loved him.

My condolences go out to you and your family. Dave was a very good friend we were always able to talk and he made time in his busy day to have business and personal conversation. I will always remember him he treated me with alot of respect as i did him. I learned alot from him. He was a very good estimator. He was one of my loyal customers. I know he is in a better place. I will miss him dearly. I had many good conversations about life with Dave. He will be dearly missed but will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
