John Dee Mounce's Obituary
Mr. John Dee Mounce, 65 of Delaney, AR passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2003 in Fayetteville, AR. He was born January 3, 1938 in Delaney, AR to George and Gertie (Van Brunt) Mounce.
He was a retired poultry farmer, a Christian, a member of the Delaney Church of Christ, and enjoyed playing music.
His brother Terry Mounce preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife; Sue, one son Ronny Mounce and his wife Sabrina of Delaney, AR, two daughters; Kathryn Chase and her husband Toby of Combs, AR, Shelley Holmes and husband Quintin of Delaney, AR, three brothers; Lee, Bobby, Steve Mounce all of Delaney, AR, six grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 11, 2003 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville, AR from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 12, 2003 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home with Mr. Tommy Glenn officiating. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Crosses, AR.
