John Edward Woods' Obituary
John Edward Woods, Jr., 23, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away, Wednesday, April 23, 2008 in Rogers, Arkansas. He was born July 13, 1984 in Fayetteville, Arkansas to John Edward, Sr., and Ruby Proctor Woods. He was employed by the Rogers Police Department as a Customer Service Technician. John enjoyed hunting fishing, camping, being at the Police Department but most of all spending time with his daughter.
He is survived by his wife; Ashley Lauren (East) Woods of the home, one daughter; Madison Rose Woods of the home, father and mother; John Edward, Sr., and Ruby Woods of Rogers, Arkansas, and his grandmother; Brenda Barens of Rogers, Arkansas.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Monday, April 28, 2008 in the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville, with Pastor Bob Ryan officiating. Pallbearers will be Billy Toll, Loren Proctor, Jordan East, Ryan East, Josh Blakely and Jose Serrano. Burial will follow at 3:00 PM, at the Case cemetery near Clarksville, Arkansas with Rev. Johnny Case officiating.
Visitation will be 1:00 PM till 5:00 PM, Sunday, April 27, 2008, with the family receiving friends from 2:00 PM till 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
