John F. Jackson's Obituary
Mr. John F. Jackson, 81 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2009 in Fayetteville, AR. He was born October 28, 1927 in Dumbarton, Scotland to Walter Fleming Jackson and Catherine (Fulton) Jackson.
He was a retired bond manager, and member of Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, and a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan E. Smith.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years Elizabeth Jackson, two sons; David Jackson of Algonquin, IL, Andrew Jackson of Huntley, IL, two daughters; Gayle Howard and husband Mike of Fayetteville, AR, Laura Kapsa of Algonquin, IL, ten grandchildren; Adam Smith, Jennifer Smith, Kristen Smith, Kathryn Howard, Maureen Howard, Collin Jackson, Alec Jackson, Grace Jackson, Thomas Jackson, and Holly Kapsa, and one great grandchild, Elle Smith.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 21, 2009 in the Chapel of Glueckert Funeral Home in Arlington Heights, IL. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Arlington Heights, IL.
