John Lee Chamberlain's Obituary
John Lee Chamberlain, Sr., 49, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, died Tuesday, March 18, 2003 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born August 15, 1953 in Milwaukee, WI, the son of John William and Nancy Olga Nichiporuk Chamberlain. He was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army from March of 1977 to August of 1989 and a graduate of Campbell School in New York.
He was preceded in death by his brother Walter Chamberlain and is survived by his wife; Dorothy Chamberlain of Fayetteville, Arkansas, son, John Lee Chamberlain, Jr., of Fayetteville, AR, three daughters; Crystal Mary Chamberlain of Springdale, AR., Tina Marie Chamberlain of New Hope, Arkansas Sara Jane Phillips of Ft. Smith, AR., son, Calvin Milo Alvarez of Fayetteville, AR, son, Thurman Andrew Alvarez of Fayetteville, AR, his parents, one sister, Tawnja Ann Furman of Coring, NY, one brother, Robert George Chamberlain of Lawrenceville, GA, grandmother, Mary Chamberlain of Bath, NY and six grandchildren.
Services will be 1:00 PM, Friday, March 21, 2003, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home with Father C. Douglas Simmons officiating. Burial will follow at the Fayetteville National Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
Visitation will be 4:00 PM till 9:00 PM, Thursday, March 20, 2003, with the family-receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
