John Thomas Lewis II's Obituary
John Thomas Lewis II, 45, of Fayetteville, AR passed away Thursday, April 30, 2015 in Siloam Springs.
He was born December 6, 1969 in Kittery, Maine. The son of Dennis and Carolyn Parmer Lewis.
Served in the United States Marine Corps, a honored marksman veteran of Granada.He was a member of the Pig Trail Harley Davidson Club, wonderful husband and father, and an avid woodworking craftsman.
Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Lewis of the home; children, Logan and Ember Lewis both of the home; parents, Dennis and Carolyn Lewis of Rayville, MO.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Monday, May 4, 2015 at Moore’s Chapel.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM~2:00 PM before the service.
