Johnny Deland Baker's Obituary
Johnny Deland Baker, age 48, of Elkins, Arkansas, passed away on May 11, 2024, at his home. He was born on June 27, 1975, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, to Carl Junior Baker and Verda May Couch Baker. Johnny graduated from Fayetteville High School. He was a member of Buckner Baptist Church. He loved to ride motorcycles, hunting, and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Jackie; parents, Carl and Verda Baker; sons, Carl Baker of Lowell, Arkansas, and Hunter Baker of Berryville, Arkansas; sister, Carlene Laird of Elkins, Arkansas. Johnny is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at Buckner Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Burial will follow at Temple Hill Cemetery near Winslow, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday, May 20, 2024, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville. To leave a tribute, please visit www.bernafuneralhomes.com.
