Juanita June Riddle's Obituary
Juanita June Riddle, age 93, of Fayetteville passed away peacefully Saturday August 30, 2025. She was born June 9, 1932 to Winnie Berlene Thomas McCuistion and Jesse Ernest McCuistion. She was raised in Farmington, graduating from Farmington High School in 1950. She married Elmer Lawrence Riddle on June 26, 1949, and they spent 58 wonderful years together. They had two children, Phillip Wayne Riddle and Patricia Diane Riddle.
June spent her life serving others. There was never an empty glass, plate or tummy if she had anything to do with it. She was a teacher at the North College Nursery and Kindergarten for several years and later manager of the Paragon Hair Salon until her retirement. She and Elmer enjoyed many great years together hosting family gatherings, traveling in their camper and cheering for the Razorbacks. They were a shining example of love, loyalty and support for their family and all who knew them. June spent the past few years at Arkanshire in Springdale making many friends, including her wonderful friend H.D. She enjoyed watching the Razorbacks and St. Louis Cardinals every time she got a chance.
She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Riddle; her son, Phillip Riddle; son in law Carroll McClellan and her nephew, Jamie McCuistion. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Riddle of Fayetteville; niece, Tonya McCuistion of Farmington; nephew Dick McChristian and his wife Janet of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Jeremy Riddle and his wife Tiffany of Fayetteville, Aja Vaught and her husband Tristan of Skiatook, Oklahoma, Sarah Riddle of Taos, New Mexico, Audrey Riddle of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Charles Riddle and wife Adrianna of Tulsa, Oklahoma, great grandchildren, Kevin, Peyton, Greenlee, Isabella, Jude, Ava and Ares and also Henry which he is due to arrive any day and great great grandchildren, Knox, Aroha, Jeremiah, Sedona and Solomon.
