Judean Carter Cothran-Tackett, 76, of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2007 in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born May 31, 1930 in Spiro, Oklahoma, the daughter of Albert and Lena Bain Carter. She was a minister?s wife for over fifty-six years and a member of the Assembly of God Faith.She was preceded in death by her husbands Emmett Cothran and Otha Tackett and one son Tom Cothran.She is survived by five daughters; Sue Stanberry of Ozark, Arkansas, Virgie Crumb of Spiro, Oklahoma, Minnie Rogers of Sugar land, Texas, Helen Belcher of Springdale, Arkansas, Kay Dial of Springdale, Arkansas, four sons; Silas Cothran of Paris, Arkansas, Doyle Cothran of Sands Springs, Oklahoma, Randy Cothran of Booneville, Arkansas, Mike Cothran of Springdale, Arkansas, five brothers; Marvin, Fred, Dan, Larry and Robert Carter, Five sisters; Mary Lou Craig, Lorene Sehorn, Dortha Pound, Flossie Cheline, Juanita Crow, seventeen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, March 12, 2007 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Cothran and Rev. Lester Shadrick officiating. Burial will follow at Bluff Cemetery in Springdale.
