Judy Hannah Odell, 57 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Saturday, June 2, 2007 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born July 18, 1949 in Gordo, Alabama to Lester and Ruth Ballard Hannah. She was a third grade teacher at Holcomb Elem Read Obituary
Judy, you are a classy lady. You have always had my utmost respect and admiration. I am grateful we chose you to be our children's guardian in the event something happened to us before they were grown. That alone I believe says all that needs to be said. I miss you and your laughing smile.

Dear Elisabeth, Hannah, And James,
I have lifted you up in prayer so often these past weeks. I know that our God is The GREAT Comforter, for HE has been there to comfort me in times of loss.
I know that you have a peace that your Mother is with HIM and no longer suffers, but at the same time you miss her dearly. As time passes you will grow to cherish her memory more and more.
She was indeed a great lady that loved her Lord and was not ashamed to share her deep convictions. More than once she lifted me up in a time of need.
Thank you for having the memorial service in Albany. I know you were all worn out by that point. I know I speak for those who attended, it was wonderful to celebrate her life and
see each of you.

We wanted you to know how much your mother meant to so many that were fortunate to have her as a teacher. Our daughter, Leah, was one of the lucky 5th graders to have Judy! Your mother was genuinely one of the sweetest people and cared so for others.

Mrs. Judy was my 3rd and 4th grade teacher at Baconton Community Charter School. When I heard the news that she had passed on, the first thing that came to mind was what a great teacher she was. She was one of the nicest people I have ever met and I'm glad that I had a chance to be in her class. I know that she will be missed by many families, kids and teachers. My family will keep your family in prayers.

Dear Elisabeth, Hannah, and James,We are so saddened to hear of your Mother's passing.We were priviliged to know her during our five year residence in Albany and involvement in the church there.In true characteristic fashion, Judy was one of the first people to generously extend herself to us when we first arrived there, and the last one to host us in your home when we moved away. In between ,she remained a warm and selfless friend,an authentic Christian, and a whole lot of fun to be with.Elisabeth, do you remember your second birthday party with Nathan,or the many times we would spend all afternoon in one small inflated pool together, Nathan,Cooper ,Hanna,James,you, your Mom,and me? Judy was faithful to keep us updated on your lives all these past years, with Christmas cards and grandchild photos.We have such wonderful memories of your Mom,she was so strong in faith and resolve, and at the same time gentle and feminine. Mrs. Odell was one of my son Dean's fourth grade teachers at Baconton Charter School about five years ago. It was his first year there and she made it so wonderful for him.
she was a lovely lady. I also went to middle school with her daughter Elisabeth. Our prayers are with you at this time.
