Karen Courdin's Obituary
Karen Courdin, age 79, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born on October 31, 1941, in Exeter, Missouri, to Hugh and Geneva (Curry) Bates.
Karen loved gardening, sitting out and watching the ducks, turquoise, Santa Fe, New Mexico, and most of all her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of sixty years, Roy Courdin of the home; her two children, Carla Anderson and husband (Kirk) of Castle Rock, Colorado, and Ted Courdin and wife Shelley of Fayetteville; four grandchildren, Katelyn Anderson, Cooper Courdin, Jayma Courdin, and David (Allie) Miller; one great-grandchild, Olivia Miller; and many other special family members and friends.
A visitation will be held from 10:00am – 12:00pm on Monday, May 3, 2021, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
A private family graveside service will be held at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville.
